Introduction service
The site provides listings, profiles and enquiry tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not the seller, dressmaker, payment processor, shipping provider or agent for either party.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, review the designer's terms, confirm final specifications, use a suitable payment method and allow enough time.
Designer responsibilities
Designers must provide accurate descriptions, use authorised content, quote honestly, protect customer information, comply with applicable laws and deliver only what they can competently produce.
Prohibited conduct and disputes
Users must not upload copied designs, impersonate others, send spam, introduce malware or mislead customers. Transactions are agreed directly between customer and designer. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
